Compact Sealing Solutions Home | Products | Compact Sealing Solutions A gasket is a metallic, semi-metallic, rubber ring that seals the junction between two surfaces in an engine or other device. Tat Lee manufactures, distributes and supply a broad range of gaskets designed for all operating environments. We have a long history of developing gaskets that seal efficiently even under the toughest conditions. In keeping with our motto “The Seal of Quality”, Tat Lee also custom-makes gaskets to provide the best solution for our customers’ needs. Techlok Clamp Connector® SPO Compact Flange® Techlok Clamp Connector® Techlok Clamp Connectors are the most effective and economical pipe connection system available today. Typically several Techlok joints can be installed in the time it takes to assemble a single standard ANSI or API flange. Conventional ANSI or API flanges with their 4 to 24 bolts require accurate alignment to ensure a seal, whereas Techlok Clamp Connectors have only four bolts, no alignment problems and require less bolt loads. High pressure systems are not a problem, with Techlok Clamp Connectors working in applications where pressures of 60,000psi and above are found. When it comes to offshore applications where topside loading is critical, Techlok’s low weight is a real advantage – a factor applicable in any industry where weight and overall installation cost is a consideration. Techlok Clamp Connector® SPO Compact Flange® The SPO Compact Flange has been used across the globe since 1989, offshore, onshore and subsea, offering significant weight and space savings over conventional flanges, leak-free joint integrity and therefore is the most effective environmentally friendly piping joint available today. Its double sealing (hyperlink remains) action prevents hydrocarbon releases, addressing health and safety issues and concerns. Typically weighing between 70 – 82% less than a conventional flange, the SPO Compact Flange is designed using the state-of-the-art finite element analysis and is in full accordance with ASME VIII, Div 2 provisions and with ANSI/ASME B31.3.1.
